Exercise Physiologist
Angus is a 2024 graduate of the University of the Southern Queensland, combining a strong background in both exercise physiology and sport science. He is dedicated to helping clients improve their physical health and athletic performance through tailored, evidence-based training programs.
Angus takes a holistic approach, focusing on movement mechanics, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning to enhance both everyday function and sport-specific performance. He believes that understanding the body’s physiological response to exercise is key to developing effective programs that build strength, prevent injury, and promote long-term health.
Angus is committed to creating a supportive and motivating environment where clients feel empowered to reach their goals.
Outside of work, Angus enjoys watching basketball, long distance running and has played a variety of club sports in Toowoomba.
