Cybele Clayson

Exercise Physiologist

As a 2024 graduate of the University of the Sunshine Coast, Cybele brings a fresh, compassionate approach to exercise physiology. Cybele has a strong interest in working with individuals managing menopause, osteoporosis/osteopenia, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) as well as healthy ageing.
Committed to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment, Cybele believes that empathy, respect, and collaboration are essential to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. She is passionate about the role exercise plays in improving both physical health and overall quality of life, recognising its benefits for mental well-being as well as physical function. When she’s not in the clinic, Cybele enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through gym training and reformer Pilates. She also has a passion for gardening, fishing, and spending time outdoors. At home, she loves relaxing with her two dogs, Milly and Remi, who keep her busy and entertained.
