Mitch graduated his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology in 2021 through the University of Southern Queensland after getting experience in the sporting field after completing his Level 1 Strength and Conditioning in 2020.
Mitch believes in delivering the best client focused experience to each client and applying all the knowledge gained throughout his studies and experiences. “There is no better feeling than seeing improvements, no matter how small, towards their goals or conditions as well as hearing feedback of their improvements and how it has improved the persons daily lifestyle”. He is passionate about the biomechanics of sports/ movements, chronic disease management, improving overall health and fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation, athlete training, lifestyle modifications/ strategies, and providing services for DVA, NDIS, Medicare, and private clients.
After being involved in soccer and motocross from a young age, Mitch found a passion in exercising and training, leading him to coach junior teams for soccer and assisted with training for his family and friends. Currently, Mitch plays a variety of sports such as soccer, golf, and motocross. Whenever he gets the spare time, he loves to spend time outdoors through camping, hiking, fishing, and skiing.
