Jake graduated from his Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2021 and is currently completing his Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Southern Cross University.
Jake has grown up in the Clarence Valley where he became involved in sport from a young age. This foundation provided Jake with a passion for sport and exercise that he pursued. Jake grew up having experience in soccer, cross country running, athletics, martial arts, motocross, hockey and has always endeavoured to give anything else a go. Jake’s determination, perseverance and can-do attitude allowed him to be fortunate enough to travel to England for soccer as part of an Australian youth development squad as well as compete at state levels during school for both athletics and cross country.
Jake has a passion for helping and empowering people to move well and feel better both mentally and physically. Jake is an advocate for the benefits that exercise has on mental health and believes there is no better feeling than seeing someone achieve their goals.
In his spare time, Jake enjoys challenging himself in the gym, fishing, camping and all things adventure, wakeboarding, gaming, eating and spending time with family and friends.
