opportunity to develop their athletic potential to improve their game.

Through our extensive understanding of human movement
and devotion to the game of golf, we develop individualised training programs
to address areas in your body and swing to get you playing at your best.

Whether you’re playing through pain, battling with a consistent miss,
preparing for an upcoming competition, or are only just taking up the game,
Swing Science has your best
interests in mind.

You’ll follow a 4-stage process which entails detailed
analysis of all aspects of your golf specific movement patterns and your golf
swing. As well as personalised solutions to address identified areas in need of
improvement.

Stage 1: Golf Movement Assessment

Your movement patterns, strength levels and mobility will be assessed relative to the demands of the golf swing. This is an opportunity to find what may preventing you from playing your best and see what may be causing you pain.

Stage 2: Biomechanical Swing Breakdown

Your swing is an extension of your body. If you’re unable to achieve the necessary positions, you may find your swing begins to compensate. This is where unwanted habits can happen. The swing breakdown identifies swing characteristics you’ve adopted allowing undesirable habits to be improved.

Stage 3: Individualised Programming

Individualised training programs are developed from the findings collected in Stages 1 and 2. Having determined your movement capacity and strength and co-analysed it with your swing, we develop training programs which address these areas of concern to get you feeling and swinging your best.

Stage 4: Prolonged Support

As you continue through your training programs you have access to retesting and adjustments to training cycles to keep up with your progress. Retesting and program updates happen every 6 weeks. If you’re on the competitive side, we can also adapt programs to taper off coming into competition to have you swing smoothly and fatigue free.
