Exercise Physiologist
Lori completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology with Honours in 2020 from The University of Queensland. Lori has an extensive history in sport and physical activity including dance and touch football but specialized in golf from the age of seven. Having found her passion in exercise physiology, Lori is excited to be offering exercise services to those requiring chronic disease prevention and management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and Medicare consults, as well as participants under DVA, and NDIS in her local community.
Having seen first-hand the importance and impact of a physically active lifestyle, through family members and involvement in exercise oncology research studies in her time at university, she strongly believes in providing up to date evidence-based practice to her clients, ensuring it is goal-orientated or tailored to their interests. There is no medicine that has proven more globally effective to health than exercise and Lori strives to make physical activity a simple, fun, and enjoyable addition to daily life for all.
